Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg cut into 8 pieces
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Onion chopped                 3 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp heaped
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Ketchup 3 tbsp
    Mustard powder ½ tsp
    Fries and boiled vegetables to serve
    Ingredients for brown sauceFlour 2 tbsp
    Stock 1 cup
    Butter1 tbsp
    Ketchup 1 tbsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Wooster sauce1 tbsp
    Hp sauce 1 tbsp
    Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion light golden, add chicken, roast for 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken nearly done, lastly add chili powder and ketchup, cook till chicken dry.
    Heat butter add flour with salt, pepper, add stock with ketchup, Wooster sauce, vinegar, hp sauce, cook for 5 minutes till sauce thick, remove. Place chicken in a dish, top with brown sauce, serve with fries and brown vegetables.
