Ingredients
  1. Fresh or frozen 375 g
  2. Spinach ravioli
  3. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  4. Tune Tomato Sauce
  5. Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Onion 1
  7. Garlic 1 Cloves
  8. Canned Tomatoes 440 g
  9. Undrained and mashed
  10. Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  11. Red wine 1 tbsp
  12. Sugar 1 tbsp
  13. Canned tuna, drained and flaked 440 g
  14. Parsley 1 tbsp
  15. Fresh dill 1 tbsp
  16. Black pepper
Method
  • Cook ravioi in boiling water in water in a large saucepan following packet direction. Drain. Set aside and keep warm
  • To make sauce, heat oil in a frying pan and cooking onion and garlic over a medium heat for 4 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in toatoes, tomato paste, wine and sugar. Bring to the boil, then add tuna, parsley and dill. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens
  • Place ravioli on warmed serving platter, spoon sauce oven, spinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
