Ingredients
  1. Hunter beef shredded 1 cup
    Potatoes boiled and mashed ½ kg
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
    Onion chopped ½ cup
    Green chilies 4 chopped
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Bread crumbs 1 cup
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, fry till transparent, add hunter beef, potatoes, seasonings, chopped coriander and green chilies, mix well and remove, cool, make into flat kababs, dip in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and fry.
