Ingredients
  1. Mutton½ kg
    Yogurt   ½ cup
    Mint leaves2 bunches
    Green chilies8
    Red chilies8
    Chopped onion 4
    Oil1 cup
    Lemons  2
    Roasted and crushed cumin1 tsp
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Turmeric1 tsp
Method
    1. Add in 1 cup oil and add in 4 chopped onion. Golden fry them and add in mutton. Add in salt. When the water dries and add in turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook. Cover the pan and simmer it. Then add in mint leaves, red chili and green chilies. When the water of the mutton dries and add in 1.2 cup yogurt. Add in grinded masala and cook it on the low flame. The add in white cumin. Podina Dahi Gosht is ready to serve.
