Ingredients
  1. Pasandey 1 kg
    Red chili powder 2 Tb spoon
    All spice powder 1 Tb spoon
    Ginger  1 Tb spoon
    Gram flour 4 Tb spoon
    Garlic 1 Tb spoon
    Oil 2 Tb spoon
    Koyla 1 piece
    Yogurt 2 Tb spoon
    Raw papaya 4 Tb spoon
    Salt as required
    Oil for cooking Hasb-e-Zarurat
Method
  • Marinate with all the ingredients for an hours. Then smoke it with coal. Heat the oil and shallow fry the pasanday in it.
