Ingredients
  1. Milk½ liter
    Egg4
    Sugar125 gm
    Orange skin1 tsp
    Orange pulp¼ cup
    Vanilla essencefew drops
    Sugar4 tbsp
    Aluminum foilas required
Method
  • Put 4 tbsp sugar in a mold, cook till sugar is melted and its color turn to golden brown. Remove from fire and keep aside.
    In a bowl blend together ½ liter milk, 4 egg, 1 tsp orange skin, ¼ cup orange pulp, 4 tbsp sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Mix well.
    Pour mixture in in the mold on top of caramel. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil.
    Put in a steamer for 20 – 25 minutes.
    Then remove from steamer, keep aside to cool.
    Now unmold the pudding and serve.
