بکرے کے گوشت کباب (INGREDIENTS)
  1. بکرے کا گوشت--------------------- (بغیر ہڈی) 250گرام
  2. ڈبل روٹی--------------------------- (دودھ میں بھیگے ہوئے) 2سلائس
  3. پیاز--------------------------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 1/2پیالی
  4. ہرا دھنیا---------------------------- 1/2گڈی
  5. ہری مرچیں------------------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 2عدد
  6. پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ-------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  7. پسی ہوئی لال مرچ------------------ 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
  8. نمک-------------------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
  9. تیل---------------------------------- تلنے کے لئے
  10. ہری چٹنی ، سلاد پیش--------------- کرنے کے لئے
METHOD
  • بلینڈر میں تمام اجزایکجان کرلیں۔ اس آمیزے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے کباب بنالیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور کبابوں کو سنہری رنگ آنے تک تل لیں۔ مزیدار کباب ہری چٹنی اور سلاد کے ہمراہ پیش کریں۔
