Ingredients
  1. Plain shell pasta 90 g
  2. Spinach shell pasta 90 g
  3. Tomato shell pasta 90 g
  4. Spring onion, chopped 6
  5. Green pepper 1
  6. Red pepper 1
  8. French Dressing
  9. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  10. Spoons white wine vinger 4 tbsp
  11. Dry mustard powder ¼ cup
  12. Black pepper
Method
  • • Cook plain, spinach and tomato paste together in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction drains, rinse under cold running water. Then drain again and set aside to cool completely
  • • To make dressing place oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar and black pepper to taste in screwtop jar and shake to combine
  • • Place pasta shells, springs onion and red and green pepper in a saladbowl pour dressing over and toss to combine
