Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
    Onion  1
    Garlic   4 to 5 cloves
    Paprika powder 1 tbsp
    White pepper powder  1/2 tsp
    Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
    Whole cumin  1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice  2 tbsp
    Lemon  3 to 4
    Parsley/coriander  1/2 bunch
    Butter  4 to 5 tbsp
    Oil  1 to 2 tbsp
    Salt  to taste
Method
  • Cut lemon in slices, in a blender add 1 onion, 4 to 5 tbsp butter, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed, 1/2 tsp whole cumin, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste and 1/2 bunch parsley to make paste. In a mixing bowl add chicken with lemon and marinate chicken with paste. Now put chicken with lemon in oven proof dish and pour the marinating batter from top and bake it on 200 c for 20 minutes.
    In the end dish it out and garnish it with salad leaves and lemon to serve.
