Ingredients
  1. 200 gm Chicken meat sheared
    to taste Salt & pepper
    1 medium Onion chopped
    1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste
    2 tbsp Rue
    2 cups White flour
    100 gm Margarine
    2 nos Eggs
    1/4 tsp Baking soda
    2 tbsp Oil
Method
  • Take deep frying pan, put on fire, put 02 tbsp oil, as the
    oil get warm add 01 medium onion chopped stir it for couple of minutes, add 02
    tsp ginger & garlic paste, stir it too.Now put 200 gm sheared chicken meat, stir it, add the some
    water mix it, add the rue as needed, stir it till the rue is completely
    dissolved into the chicken. Add salt & pepper to it for tastes. Remove it
    from the fire, leave it aside to cool down. Now prepare the dough for pie. Take
    bowl, put 02 cup white flour, add 100 gm margarine, pinch of salt, 01 no egg,
    1/4 tbsp baking soda powder, mix them properly till the dough is combined, leave
    it for 15 minutes for rest. Roll the dough with the help of roller pin, flat
    the dough to 01 cm thickness, cut the dough with round cutter to the size of
    your pie cup pan. For each cup you need 02 round shape pieces. Grease the cup
    try with butter or oil. Prepare the oven to 180 C & 350 f .Now put the
    round shape dough into the cup one by none in every cup. Put 01 tbsp of the
    chicken mix into each cup & now cover the top of the filled pie cup with
    the other dough piece, one by one, pork on the pie upper part with fork.
    Brush egg on every pie top.
    Put into the oven to bake. Bake for 20 minutes.
