Ingredients
  1. ¼ tsp kg fresh fenugreen leaves
  2. 4 tblsp wheat flour
  3. 4 tblps besan
  4. ½ tsp turmeric
  5. 1 tsp peppercorns
  6. 4 tsps oil for batter
  7. ¼ tsp coriander seeds
  8. 6 green chillies (ground)
  9. A small piece of ginger (chopped)
  10. 4 tsp curd
  11. 2 tsps sugar or 2 ripe bananas
  12. A pinch of a asafetida
  13. Oil for frying
Method
  • Remove the thic.Steam of the fenugreek leaves, and wash and drain. Chop finely. Put the besan and wheat flour in a vessel, and add the oil and remaining ingredients. Make a batter, using a little water if necessary.
  • Heat the oil for frying and put in a teaspoonful of batter at a time, till all the batter is consumed. Deep fry on a medium fire till golden brown don not thin the batter.
