  1. زیتون کا تیل پیالی
  2. نمک ٹی سپون
  3. چینی ٹی سپون
  4. رائی پسی ہوئی ٹی سپون
  5. سرکہ ایک ٹی سپون
  6. انڈا ایک عدد
  7. لیموں کا رس ایک ٹی سپون
  8. کالی مرچ ٹی سپون
  9. گرم پانی ایک چمچہ
METHOD
  • نمک، چینی ،کالی مرچ اور رائی پیالی میں ڈالیں آدھا انڈا پھینٹ کر ملائیں ۔ذرا ذرا زیتون کا تیل ڈال کر پھینٹتے جائیں۔ پھر لیموں کا رس سرکہ اور گرم پانی ڈالیں اور خوب پھینٹیں ۔ خوب گاڑھا ہو جائے تو ٹھنڈا کر کے بوتلوں میں بھر دیں۔
