  2. Haldi 1 table spoon
  3. Laal Merchain 1 table Spoon
  4. Namak hasb _e_zaiqa
  5. Chilli sause half spoon
  6. Soya sause half spoon
  7. Zeera 1 table spoon
  8. Sonf 1 table spoon
Method
  • Sab sai pehla fri pane main oil dall dain
  • Phir meat ki choti choti botiyan kar lain aur oil main mila dain
  • Ais main haldi,namak,lal merech, zeeraaur sonfkai sath thora sa bhoone lain
  • Half cup pani daal kar meat galnai rakh dain jab meat gal jaye to us main soya sause,chilli sause aur lemon juise chirak dain aur damm laga kar stove sai utaar lain
