Ingredients
  1. green chili 5
  2. red chili ground
  3. chicken boneless 1 kg
  4. chick peas 1/2 kg
  5. oil as required
  6. rice 1/2 kg
  7. salt as required
  8. soya sauce 1 spoon
  9. chili sauce 1 spoon
  10. yogurt 1/2 kg
Method
  • add yogurt, chili sauce and soya sauce in a bowl and add chicken.
  • put it for 1 or 2 hours at room temperature.
  • fry chicken pieces.
  • now boil rice.
  • add oil in a pan put rice in it and put fried chicken on rice.
  • put the lid on the pan.
  • take off the lid after 15 minutes.
  • serve with green chutney and green chili.
