Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast 2
  2. Egg 1
  3. Finely chopped spring onions 1
  4. Orange juice 1 cup
  5. Water 1/2cup
  6. Oil 1tbsp
  7. Finely chopped coriander 1tbsp
  8. Garlic paste 1tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  10. Soya sauce 2tbsp
  11. Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
  12. Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
  13. Honey 2tbsp
  14. Corn flour 3tbsp
  15. Oil 2tbsp
  16. Oil for frying
  17. Salt as required
Method
  • 1. Dice the 2 chicken breasts and marinate with salt, egg, 2tbsp and corn flour. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken until golden brown in color. In a separate pan heat 2tbsp of oil and add1 tbsp ginger garlic paste .Fry the paste till it turns golden brown in color. Now add 2tbsp honey, as soon a s the mixture starts to boil, add 11 cup orange juice,2tbsp lemon juice,2tbsp soya sauce,2tbsp Worcestershire sauce,2tbsp tomato ketchup and ½ cup water .Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • 2. Add the finely chopped spring onions and 1tbsp finely chopped coriander. In a s separate cup mix the corn flour with a little water and pour into the prepared sauce, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture thickens. Now mix in the chicken and serve.
