Ingredients
  1. Milk 2 cups
    Ghee 1 cup
    Water ½ cup
    Sugar 1 cup
    Semolina 1 cup
    Eggs 2 to 3
    Green cardamom 6
    Almonds and pistachio sliced 4 tbsp
Method
  • Method for sheera
    In a pan add water and sugar cook till sugar dissolves.
    Method for halwa
    In a wok take semolina, milk and ghee fry on very low flame for about 30 to 40 minutes till light golden, add sheera mix well while adding sheera flame should be off, lastly add beaten egg, mix well, and again cook on low flame till oil comes on top. Remove in a platter, garnish with almonds and pistachio sliced.
