Macute Recipe by Chef Zakir
Rice flour125 gm
Yellow lentils125 gm
Heat 125 gm ghee in a wok, add in 125 gm rice flour and 125 gm yellow lentils. Fry very well.
Now add 125 gm sugar along with 50 gm chopped almonds, 50 gm chopped pistachios and 250 ml milk. Cook very well till mixture thickens.
Lastly add 250 gm khoya and 1 tbsp kewra. Mix well.
Remove in a serving platter and serve hot or cold.
