Ingredients
  1. Wholemeal macaroni 375 g
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 2 cloves
  4. Button mushrooms 250 g
  5. Tomatoes drained and cut in to strip 6
  6. Fresh basil 2 tbsp
  7. Black pepper
Method
  • • Cook macaroni in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
  • • Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic, mushroom and tomatoes over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir in basil and season to taste with black pepper
  • • Add macaroni to mushroom mixture and toss to combine. Serve
