Ingredients
  1. Custard powder3 – 4 tbsp
    Sugar1 ½ cup
    Bottle gourd½ kg
    Cardamom1 tsp
Method
  • In a pan boil 1 liter milk, now add ½ kg grated bottle gourd and cook till tender.
    Add 1 ½ cup sugar and cook for a few minutes.
    Dissolve 3 – 4 tbsp custard powder in a little cold milk, add to the boiling milk, cook till custard thickens.
    Lastly add 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix well, dish it out and serve.
