Ingredients
  1. 1) Shrimps(shelled, cleaned) 400 gms
  2. 2) Butter 4 tbsp
  3. 3) Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. 4) Rye paste 1 tbsp
  5. 5) Lime juice 1 tbsp
  6. 6) Peppercorn(crushed) 8-10
  7. 7) Fresh coriander leaves(chopped) 1/4 cup
  8. 8) Salt to tast
Method
  • 1. Marinate in a bowl shelled, deveined and thoroughly cleaned shrimps along with butter, garlic paste, coriander leaves, lime juice, mustard paste and crushed peppercorns.
  • 2. Heat a kadai and add the marinated shrimps.
  • 3. Mix thoroughly adding salt.
  • 4. Cook on slow fire for 10 to 15 minutes till the shrimps are done.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
