گوشت کے لبنانی پکوڑے (INGREDIENTS)
  1. بکرے کا قیمہ--------- 2/1کلو
  2. آلو--------- 2عدد
  3. ہرا دھنیا---------- 4/1پیالی
  4. ہری مرچیں--------- 6عدد
  5. انڈہ------------- ایک عدد
  6. پسا ہو الہسن ادرک------------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
  7. پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ-------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  8. نمک------------- حسب ذائقہ
  9. تیل------------- تلنے کے لئے
  10. سلاد پتے------------------ سجانے کے لئے
METHOD
  • آلوﺅں کو اُبال کر چھیلیں اور بھرُتہ بنالیں۔ چوپر میں قیمہ، ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچیں، زیرہ، لہسن ادرک، انڈہ اور نمک یکجان کرکے بھرتے میں ملا لیں۔کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں۔ اس آمیزے کے پکوڑے تل کر نکال لیں۔ سرونگ ڈش کو سلاد کے پتوں سے سجائیں۔ اس پر پکوڑے رکھ کر پیش کریں۔
