Ingredients
  1. Lamb meat 250 gram
  2. Capsicums(cubed) 2
  3. Carrot (finaly cut) 1
  4. Tomato ketchup 1cup
  5. Cabbage (finally cut) ½ head
  6. Garlic (chopped) 50 gram
  7. Whole Red chillies
  8. (break from the center) 50 gram
  9. Corn flour
  10. Chicken stock 1 ½ cups
  11. Corn flour as required
  12. Salt 1tsp
  13. Oil for frying
Method
  • Cut meat into long and thin strip
  • Heat oil on wok
  • Coat meat with with corn flour and fry
  • Heat little oil ina frying pan fry red chillies and garlic till golden
  • Add capsicums, carrot and cabbage; fry on high flame and add meat.
  • Add tomato ketchup, salt and stock; add dissolved corn flour little at a time, stirring continuously, until gravy thickens. Serve hot
