Ingredients
  1. Dry vermicelli 400 gm
  2. Butter 125 gm melted
  3. Unsweetened Rubry 200 gm
  4. Khoya 200 gm
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Sugar syrup as required
Method
  • 1.Break vermicelli and pour butter on it, mix well.
  • 2.Line a baking dish with this broken vermicelli, press to make a firm base especially to edges with thumb.
  • 3.Cook khoya, rubry and milk on a slow flame till. Keep stirring until thick and no water remains.
  • 4.Pour this mixture over the base then again layer with broken vermicelli.
  • 5.Bake at 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
  • 6.Take out of oven and pour sugar syrup while hot.
  • 7.Rest for a while then turn over, cut in to squares and serve.
