قیمہ اور مشروم کری (INGREDIENTS)
  1. قیمہ--------- 2/1کلو
  2. کھمبیاں -----------(مشروم) 10-12عدد
  3. کٹے ہوئے پیاز----------- 2/1کپ
  4. ٹماٹر پیوری------------- 2چمچ
  5. کالی مرچ------------ ڈیڑھ ٹی سپون
  6. نمک------ 2ٹی سپون
  7. انڈے---------- 2عدد
  8. ہلدی---------- ایک چٹکی
  9. زیرہ پاﺅڈر-------- ایک ٹی سپون
  10. تیل------------- 4چمچ
METHOD
  • تیل گرم کرکے پیاز رائی کریں اس میں قیمہ اور ٹماتر پیوری ڈال کر بھونیں پھر اس میں نمک ، کالی مرچ، ہلدی اور زیرہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔ آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر پیاز گل جانے پر اس میں انڈے توڑ کر ڈال دیں۔ پھر مشروم ڈال کر ہلکا سا بھونیں اور دم لگا دیں
