Ingredients
  1. Semolina           ½ cup
    Oil/clarified butter           1 cup
    Milk powder    2 cup
    Grated coconut  2 cup
    Sugar    3 cup
    Green cardamom            6
    Boiled almond 15
    Boiled pistachio  15
    Sugar    1 tsp
    White flour       1 tbsp
Method
  • First grind 6 green cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar.
    Now chop 15 boiled almonds and 15 pistachio. In a bowl add 2 cup dry milk, 3 cup sugar and grated coconut to mix and add as required water to make thick batter.
    In  a wok add 1 cup clarified butter and add cardamom powder to fry and put semolina in it.
    When it changes its color add the batter and cook till oil separates. Grease the dish and pour halwa in it and garnish it wih almond and pistachio to serve.
