Ingredients
  1. Potatoes 2 large peeled, boiled and coarsely mashed
    Peas ½ cup boiled and roughly mashed
    Cauliflower 1cup finely chopped and blanched
    Capsicum 1 chopped
    Onion 1cup chopped
    Green chilies 4 chopped
    Spring onion with leaves chopped 1 cup
    Large tomatoes chopperize3
    Garlic1 tbsp chopped
    Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Butter 4ounces
    Salt 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves chopped½ cup
Method
  • Heat butter in a wok, add onions and green chilies, fry for 2 minutes, add cauliflower, peas, potatoes and tomatoes, cook on medium heat with 1 cup water, then add pav bhaji masala, salt, chili powder, capsicum, spring onion, cover and simmer till done, lastly add 2 ounce butter, coriander leaves. Serve in a small karhai with pav.
