Ingredients
  1. Milk  1/2 kg
    Saffron 1 pinch
    Sugar  1/2 cup
    Kewra essence   few drops
    Small cardamom crushed 1/2 tsp
    Corn flour  2 to 3 tbsp
    Almond  for garnish
Method
  • In a pan add ½ litre milk and ½ cup sugar to boil. When sugar dissolve add ½ tsp crushed small cardamom and few drops of kewra essence to mix. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp corn flour to mix and cook till it become thick.
    Now dish it out and garnish it with almond and saffron to serve.
