Ingredients
  1. ½ kg chicken wings with skin
    2 tbsp ginger paste
    2 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp corn flour
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    1 egg
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    ½ tsp turmeric
    1 tbsp crushed red chili
    1 tsp red chili powder
    1 tbsp crushed cumin
    Salt as required
    2 tbsp oil
    Oil for frying
    1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
  • Open the chicken wings in lollypop shape.
    Marinate these wings with lemon juice, ginger paste and salt.
    Now marinate with crushed red chili, cumin, turmeric and red chili powder.
    Add 1 beaten egg, corn flour, flour, oil and mix well.
    Then add sesame seeds and desiccated coconut and mix well.
    Heat the oil, cover the pan and golden fry the lollypops in it so that it tenders easily.
    Delicious hot wings are ready to serve.
