بکرے کا قیمہ ------ ایک کلوسویا سوس ----- دو کھانے کے چمچادرک٬ لہسن پیسٹ ---- ایک کھانے چمچنمک ----- حسب ذائقہلال مرچ ----- دس عددہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی ------ چھ عددہرا دھنیا ----- ایک گڈی تیل ---- تین کھانے کے چمچ

METHOD

ایک کڑاہی میں قیمہ٬ ادرک٬ لہسن پیسٹ٬ سویا سوس اور نمک ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر رکھ دیں- جب قیمے کا پانی خشک ہوجائے تو تیل٬ لال اور ہری مرچ٬ ڈال کر بھون لیں- ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر گرم پراٹھوں کے ساتھ پیش کریں-نوٹ: قیمے میں پانی کا استعمال ہرگز نہ کریں-
