Ingredients
  1. Beef mince½ kg
    Onion2
    Ginger paste1 tbsp
    Garlic paste1 tbsp
    Green chilies2 – 3
    Spinach½ kg
    Mint leaves¼ bunch
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Yogurt250 gm
    Cardamom2
    Cinnamon1 stick
    Cloves4
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Saltto taste
    Oil4 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a wok, add in ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince, fry well till water dries.
    Now add cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1 tsp allspice powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt to taste, ½ kg spinach and 250 gm yogurt.
    Cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and ¼ bunch of mint leaves. Fry well on high flame.
    Lastly add 2 chopped onion and mix well. Cook for a few minutes, dish it out and serve naan.
