Ingredients
  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. Hara chana 1 1/2 cup
  3. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Onion 2 small
  6. Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Salt as required
  8. Water 2 cups
  9. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  10. Oil 1/2 cup
  11. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  12. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Coriander as required
  14. Coconut Milk 2 tsps
Method
  • 1. Heat oil, fry onions, add mutton, ginger and garlic.
  • 2. Fry well and add tomato, cook till the mutton tenderizes.
  • 3. Then add all the spices with 2 cups of water.
  • 4. Cook till meat tenderize further, add yoghurt, hara chana, fry and add coconut milk.
  • 5. When oil comes on the surface, add 1/2 cup water for gravy.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander & serve.
