Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless ½ kg cubes
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Black pepper  ½ tsp
    Mustard paste  1 tsp
    Lemon juice  2 tbsp
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    Raw papaya 1 tbsp
    Eggs 2 beaten
    Onion 1 cut into cubes
    Capsicum 1 cut into cubes
Method
  • Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped, Chili powder 1 tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Black pepper ½ tsp, Mustard paste 1 tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Salt 1 ½ tsp, Soya sauce 2 tbsp, Raw papaya 1 tbsp put on wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables, dip in beaten egg and deep fry
