Ingredients
  1. Chops ½ kg
    Ginger garlic 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Onion chopped 4 tbsp
    Tomato paste 2 tbsp heaped
    Ketchup ¼ cup
    Sugar ½ tsp
    Chili garlic sauce 2tbsp
    Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion transparent add ginger garlic paste, chops with salt, chili powder, turmeric, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops tender, lastly add tomato paste, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, sugar and mayonnaise, cook till gravy thick, serve with fries.
