Ingredients
  1. Prawns ½ kg
    Egg 1
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
    Ginger 1 medium piece
    Coconut powder 1 cup
    Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
    Spring onion 1
    Oil for fry
    Capsicum chopped half
    Carrot chopped 1 medium piece
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Method
  • Wash 1/2kg prawns and chop them in a food processor together with 1 spring onion,1tbsp oil, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg,2tbsp corn flour, salt as required  and 1/4tsp black pepper powder.
    Add ½ chopped capsicum, 1 piece of ginger,1 piece chopped carrot and 2-3 chopped green chilies to the prawn mixture and mix well
    Spread the coconut powder on a plate.
    Shape the prawn mixture into medium sized dumplings and dredge in the coconut powder
    Deep fry the prawn balls until golden brown
    Serve with ketchup or your favorite dip
