qeema hath ka banahwa 1kg
dahi 1kg
adrak lehsan ka paste 2 tb sp.
namak hasb e zaiqa
lal mirch 1 tsp.
haldi 1/2 tsp
hari mirch 6 adad
oil 1 cup
tikka boti masala 1 packet
garam masa sabit 1 tb sp.
kali mirch 4-5 sabit

qeemai ko dho kr y tamam masala mix kar k ak pateli ma aur achi tarah se dhak kar halki aanch par dam par rakh dain k duhwan na nikalane pay itni aanch pa rakhna ha k 4 se 5 ghantai aram se reh jay phr us ko nikal k achi tarah taiz aanch pa bhon lain aur uoil jb tk uper na ajy.
