Ingredients
  1. Gram flour 125 gm
    Onion chopped 2
    Gram lentil boiled 50 gm
    Black lentil boiled 50 gm
    Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
    Mint leaves ¼ bunch
    Green chilies 3 – 4
    Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Dry mango powder 1 tsp
    Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
    Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
    Boiled peas ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    Oil for fry
    Oil 3 tbsp
Method
  • In a bowl put together 125 gm gram flour, 2 chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, boiled gram lentils, boiled black lentils, boiled peas, salt to taste, crushed red pepper, turmeric, dry mango powder, crushed cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds and 3 tbsp oil.
    Now fry pakoray with the mixture and serve with ketchup.
