Ingredients
  1. 2 cups milk
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 3 Tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  6. 4 large eggs
  7. 1/2 cup sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  9. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
  • 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2.Place all ingredients into a blender, blend for one minute on
  • low speed.
  • 3.Place in buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • 4.Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
  • (about 30 minutes)
