  3. پسی الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
  4. روز ایسنس ۔۔۔۔۔۔چند قطرے
  5. کنڈینسڈ ملک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ضرورت
  6. پسے بادام اور پستے ۔۔۔۔۔1/2کپ
METHOD
  • 1-1/2پ پسا کھوپرا ، 1/2کپ کھویا ، 1چائے کا چمچہ پسی الائچی ، چند قطرے روز ایسنس کو اچھی طرح مکس کریں ۔ اب اس میں حسب ضرورت کنڈینسڈ ملک ڈالتے ہوئے ڈو بنا لیں ۔ پھر اس کی چھوٹی بالز بنالیں ۔ اب اسے کاغذ میں لپیٹ کر سرو کریں۔
