Ingredients
  1. ¼ cup sugar
  2. 1 cup skim milk
  3. 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mixture
  4. 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  5. 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
  6. 1 ¼ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  7. Powdered sugar for dusting
  8. 2 pint baskets of Californian Strawberries, stemmed
Method
  • Heat the oven to over 375 degrees
  • Take a bowl; mix 1 ¼ cups of graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup of sugar, and 1/3 cup of melted butter or margarine. Mix them well, until thoroughly blended.
  • Press the crumb mixture tightly on to the side and the bottom of the 9-inch pie plate
  • Now bake in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes till it turns light brown
  • In the bowl, fluff up or whisk the milk and the pudding mix for 2 minutes
  • Chill for 30 minutes
  • Now spread the pudding evenly in the piecrust
  • Cover the top of the pie with the pointed ends up and strawberries
  • Dust lightly with the powdered sugar
