Ingredients
  1. 250 grams butter
    125 grams sugar
    125 grams flour
    4 eggs
    100 grams raisins
    65 grams black raisins
    65 grams orange peel
    65 grams cherries
    50 grams almonds
    ½ tsp mixed spices
    1 ½ tbsp cream color
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 lemon
Method
  • Mix raisins, black raisins, orange peel, cherries, almonds, mix spices, cream color and lemon. Now cover it and keep aside.
    Sieve flour and baking powder and keep aside.
    Then beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
    Now add vanilla essence and beat more.
    Then gradually add the eggs and flour and fold it all together.
    Now fold the mixed fruits in it.
    Pour it in a pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins on 180c.
