Ingredients
  1. Batis without ginger-garlic 10
  2. Sugar, powdered 1 cup / 200 gm
  3. Clarified butter (ghee) 1 1/4 cups / 250 gm
  4. Green cardamoms (choti elaichi),
  5. powdered 8
  6. Almonds (badam), blanched 12
Method
  • 1. Dip the batis liberally in melted clarified butter.
  • 2. Keep aside for 5 minutes to cool.
  • 3. Crush them coarsely, add the sugar,2 tbsp of clarified butter and the green cardamoms.
  • 4. Mix Well.
  • 5. To serve, either serve as a crushed mixture or roll into round balls, which fit in the palm of the hand, garnished with slivers of almonds.
