ونیلا ایسنس۔۔۔۔2 چائےکے چمچے
دودہ۔۔۔۔۔4/1-1 کپ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچہ
سوڈا۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچہ
آئسنگ کے لئے:
آئسنگ شوگر۔۔۔۔2/1-1 کپ
کوکوپاؤڈر۔۔۔۔2/1 کپ
دودہ۔۔۔۔۔1 کپ
مکھن۔۔۔۔۔1 کھانےکا چمچہ

METHOD

گریس کیک ہین میں کو 160 ڈگری سینٹی پر گرم کریں۔ میدہ، کوکوپاؤڈر، سوڈآ، نمک، دار چینی اور لونگ پاؤڈر کو مکس کرلیں۔ مکھن، چینی، براؤن شوگر، انڈے اور ونیلا ایسنس کوپیٹ کریں۔ ساتھ ہی میدہ اور دودہ شامل کر کے مکس کرلیں۔ اب میکسچرکو ٹن میں ڈال کر زیادہ سے زیادہ درجہ حرارت پر 55 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔ 130 دیگری ٹمپریچر کم کرکے 10 سے 15 منٹ تک دوبارہ بیک کرلیں۔ اوون سے نکال لیں۔ ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں۔
