Ingredients
  1. Samosa strips ½ kg
    Oil ½ cup
    Sour cream ½ cup
    Cheddar cheese 1 packet
    Onion chopped 1
    Garlic chopped 3 cloves
    Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
    Fresh red chilies chopped 2 – 3
    Capsicum chopped 1
    Boiled potatoes 2
    Chicken breast 2
    Egg 1
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Celery stick 1
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and fry till golden brown. Now add 2 chicken breast and fry till its color turn to golden brown.
    Now add in 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 2 – 3 chopped fresh red chilies, 1 chopped capsicum, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 celery stick, 2 boiled potatoes and ½ cup sour cream.
    Mix very well.
    Then add in 1 packet grated cheddar cheese, mix well and keep aside.
    Cut samosa strips into 6 inches squares. Put a little chicken mixture in centre and brush sides with beaten egg.
    Fold into square shape.
    Heat ½ cup oil in a pan, shallow fry prepared chimichangas till golden brown and crisp. Then remove from oil and serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce
