Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless ½ kg cubes
    Spring onion bulb 250 gm
    Wooden skewers as required
    Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
    Oil ¼ cup
    Teriyakis sauce as required
Method
  • Marinate boneless cubes with salt and pepper, put on wooden skewers, alternating with bulb of spring onion, grill skewers in ¼ cup oil for 10 to 12 minutes, remove and dip the whole skewers in teriyaki sauce, leave for 2 minutes and serve.
