Ingredients
  1. • 1 chicken
  2. • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  3. • ¼ papaya
  4. • 2 teaspoons of red chilli
  5. • salt to taste
  6. • 1 medium white onion
  7. • 30 gms ginger
  8. • 4 green chillies
  9. • 115 gms. curd
  10. • oil for basting
Method
  • Cut the chicken into 2 leg pieces and 2 breast pieces. Grind the ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chilli powder, onion and papaya to make a paste. Mix the paste with curd and add salt to taste. Marinate the chicken in the above mixture and keep it aside for about 2 hours. Brush the chicken pieces with oil and cook on a grill or coal fire. Turn the chicken around a few times until it is brown on both sides. Serve with onion rings and lemon.
