Ingredients
  1. 1 kg chicken
    250 grams yogurt
    6 cardamoms
    ½ kg sour lassi
    ½ bunch coriander
    ½ cup clarified butter
    50 grams chopped green chillies
    100 grams roasted cashew nuts
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp crushed black pepper
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    ½ tsp saffron
    ½ tsp turmeric
Method
  • Marinate chicken with yogurt chopped green chillies, turmeric, salt, saffron and ginger garlic paste. Now in a pan, heat clarified butter and stir fry chicken on high flame. When clarified butter starts to float, add fennel seeds, cardamoms and sour lassi in it. Cook on low flame. When chicken is semi cooked, increase flame and stir fry it until excess water evaporates. Add in crushed black pepper and chopped coriander and turn off the stove. Lastly, dish out and garnish with roasted cashew nuts to serve.
