Ingredients
  1. 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
  2. 1-2 tbsp pesto
  3. 3 cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded
  4. handful rocket
  5. 6 granary or seeded bread rolls, sliced horizontally, lightly buttered.
Method
