Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken  ½ kg
    Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
    Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
    Onion 1 medium
    Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
    Red capsicum 1
    Green capsicum 1
    Boiled chopped tomato 2
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Salt  to taste
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
Method
  • Cut chicken into big pieces, marinate with a little salt and black pepper.
    Then coat chicken with whole wheat flour.
    Heat oil in a pan, add in chicken pieces and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
    Remove and keep aside.
    Now in the same pan add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic, sauté till golden brown, then add sliced onion, sliced red capsicum, sliced green capsicum, chopped tomatoes and oregano.
    Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Now put chicken piece on top of vegetables, cover and cook on very low flame for 10 – 12 minutes.
    Then remove lid, add a little salt, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped parsley. Mix well and serve.
