Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless 1 kg
    Chicken stock 1 cup
    Green chilies chopped 6
    Fresh mushroom 6
    Green onion 8
    Garlic 4 cloves
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    White flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
    Ginger chopped               2 tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    Corn flour 3 tbsp
    Oil as required
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Soak mushroom in lukewarm water and cut them in slices.  Now in 1 kg boneless chicken add 3 tbsp corn flour with slat to taste and leave it for a while. In a pan heat oil and fry chicken till it turn golden brown.
    Then in an other pan heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil and add 6 green chilies, 8 green onion , 4 garlic cloves, mushrooms and 2 tbsp chopped garlic  to cook. Then add 1 tsp black pepper crushed, salt to taste and 1 tbsp corn flour with chicken cube to stir fry.
    Now add chicken, vegetables, 1 cup stock, corn flour, vinegar, soya sauce and flour to cook for 2 minutes. And put in oven proof dish to bake for 10 minutes and serve it with bun.
