Chicken & Potato Cutlets Recipe

Chicken & Potato Cutlets gives very nice and tasty flavor, it is the combination of boiled Potato and Chicken. You can deep fry them or pan fry them, you can serve this to guest with ketchup and salad, you can have it for dinner as well, there is chicken and potato cutlets recipe in English and Urdu.

Ingredients
  1. chicken boiled 1 - 1 1/2 cup
  2. potato 1 big sized
  3. salt 1 tsp (to taste)
  4. black pepper 1/2 tsp
  5. red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  6. cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. coriander leaves chopped 2 - 4 tbsp
  8. egg 1 beaten
  9. bread crumbs to coat
  10. oil for frying
Method
  • First boil chicken and potatoes... ( i boiled them together and my chicken was with bone).
  • Shred the chicken... and add both of them in mixing bowl.
  • Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, cumin powder and mix well with hand till combined.. add coriander leaves and mix.
  • Now shape them.
  • Then, first dip them in beaten egg and then in crumbs...
  • Repeat the same process with all the cutlets.
  • Fry them, i deep fried them this time... you can pan fry them as well until get the good golden color all over and enjoy.
